Unbelievable *********** terrible service

I ordered 2 products from homemark online and what a disaster. Nothing was delivered after a week so i called in to find out what the problem was. After waiting about 20 mins on the line for customer care i was told that they didnt have my proper address despite me having entered the proper address. I nevertheless gave them the address again and after another 3 phonecalls to them each time telling me they dont have the address they finally delivered one product. Now my other product still not delivered despite many phone calls to benita at call centre and finally a parcel arrives with the wrong goods! I was supposed to be called back by a manager yesterday and obviously no call till today. Needless to say i will never purchase another homemark product again
