Top Mop Plus - Screeching spinner

I bought my wife this mop last year in June 2020. The mop has started screeching in Dec 2020 and I have inboxed Homemark on Facebook ever since. I am unable to get proper after sales service assistance from Homemark. I have informed the consultant responding to Facebook messages advising that I bought it at PnP Hyper Ottery (Western Cape). They informed me to take the mop back to the store after I already told them I no longer have the box or slip.

I'm now willing to pay for the repairs myself but can't even get this to happen via Facebook Messenger. *********** customer service.
