Terrible service, wrong product!

I ordered for Nanotec Wall plug heater (https://milex.co.za/collections/all/products/milex-nanotec-wall-plug-heater-black) on May 29,2020 and got an insect ****er on June 8th,2020. After sending a mail, I got no response and no one picked up my call. Buyers, beware! Don't buy anything sold by milex or Homemark. This is an irresponsible company.
