Terrible service

I placed an order online and only half my order was received. I contacted Michelle the online manager and she assured me that the additional item would be sent. 3 calls down and another week past and I still have not received my item which I paid for. This is extremely frustrating, there staff don't call back when they say they would but we are expected to pay calls to run after items that we already paid for.
