I placed an order online on the 5th August 2015, I did an EFT payment same day and emailed it through to the email address given to me. <br> I sent an email on the 11 August asking to confirm when delivery would be... with no response<br> i emailed Again on the 13 August, with still no response, so i went online and sent them a Query on their customer care \contact us"page"
