STAY AWAY from Homemark!!

Placed order on 30 September (item showed 24hour shipment and immediate availability). I followed up the order with an email to client services confirming the delivery needed to take place by 4 October. By the following day, I had an email with tracking number confirming the parcel had been handed over to the couriers so I was more than happy! By 3 October, no delivery had taken place and when I followed this up, the courier was unaware of any parcel which they needed to collect.

Taking this up with Homemark, Michelle Stevens confirmed that they had made a mistake and my item was not in stock and as a result, could not be posted. She however promised the item was dispatched on the same day (3 October) and gave me a new tracking number.

Well the item is STILL NOT DELIVERED and now Michelle refuses to respond to my emails. My niece's birthday was yesterday and was very disappointed not to get a gift from me.

Do NOT make use of Homemark - they are pathetic!
