SPEED POINT NOT WORKING

i bought a contract phone at Vodacom and with it received a R700 Homemark voucher. I have been trying to redeem this voucher since the 2nd of August. Initially I was told that the speed point for the voucher is not working and i must come back the following week, i returned the following week and the speed point was still not working... this time i was told to come back over the weekend, i returned over the weekend and then was told that it only works during the week and it gives problems if its a weekend... I returned again during the week and now the store manager told me i must return after a month as the speed point is still not working.

This is very frustrating for me as not only is it a waste of my time but my petrol as well. This is totally unacceptable, I cannot be inconvenienced like this!!!!I need to recover this voucher before it reaches it's expiry date.
