SHOCKING SERVICE!

<p>I placed an order for Garcinia Cambogia (which was advertised at a special price) on 28th April, 2016. The payment went through my banking account on the same day. On 29th April I received a message on e-mail telling me that my order had been dispatched and would arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Two weeks later it has still not arrived so I phoned. The first person told me they would check with despatch and never phoned me back. The next one, after telling me she was on lunch, made a sort of effort to help. She firstly tells me that my Order No. is wrong. Strange because I am looking at the order no. that THEY SENT ME!!! She said she would get someone to phone me back. My phone rings and there is nobody on the other side. Then it rings again and I am told to hold on, they are putting me through to someone. I wait and then get cut off! So I phone again and ask to speak to a supervisor. I am told that the supervisor is in a meeting. So I give this person my Order No. as she tells me that the order has NOT BEEN DESPATCHED and she doesn't know why. She tells me that despatch closes at 11am in the morning (nice job!) and that she will have to find out from them tomrrow if they have stock and will then phone me. WHY DID THEY TELL ME IT WAS DESPATCHED IF IT WAS NOT. A further problem with this is that I have been getting this from them since abount December so the cost prior to this was approximately R1 596. Now there has been a 2 week break - there is no continuity in the product and therefore all money spent previously was wasted as well as this R199. If there is not stock, surely a phone call and an IMMEDIATE REFUND SHOULD BE IN ORDER. I will not be ordering through Homemark again ever!!!</p>
