Shocking service!!

On the 25th October, I purchased 4 floor mats online. After the transaction was complete, I didnt receive a confirmation email with receipt. Delivery for the order was free, and the website said 5/7 days for delivery. Today is the 15th of November, and I still have not received my goods. I phoned homemarks customer care earlier, only to be told their courier companies website is down so they cant track the order. I have requested for my money back, and wouldnt advise anybody to do business with a company that has such a bad customer approach.
