Secondhand broken goods rec'd, no replacement yet

I ordered a Milex Rocket Blender through OneDayOnly deals (an intermediary). The supplier was Homemark.<br> <br> To my shock, I received a well-used, second-hand, broken blender and attachments!! <br> <br> The blender was obviously used and very scratched; the base was filthy with remnants of whatever had been blended in it, and two of the cups were very scratched and their bases broken.<br> <br> Complained to OneDayOnly, who arranged to have it sent back to Homemark. It was collected from me on Wed 16 March. To date I have not received my replacement blender from Homemark.<br> <br> OneDayOnly Deals cannot tell me what the holdup is, and keep saying it is the supplier who must send it to me.<br> <br> Please, Homemark, just send me the brand new blender I paid for over 2 weeks ago!!!
