Sales Staff Lie

I bought a Demo Helicopter at the Homemark store in East Rand Mall for R500.<br> <br> Knowing that the wings/blades tend to brake, I asked if they have replacements. They told me no, but that they will be getting in today, which is 7 days later. They informed me that in the meantime, I can get replacement blades at any hobby shop. This was a lie. I went to 5 different ones, and all told me the same story. These helicopters are mass produce from china, and that only Homemark will stock them. They receive a lot of people who have been told the same lies.<br> <br> I went back to Homemark, only to be told to come in on Tuesday for spare blades, as they will receive them then.
