my husband purchased this mop for me and I tried it yesterday but not only was it not soaking up the spill water I had to keep going over the spot of water on the laminated floors like 5 times before it can be soaked up, I then went to the put the mop under the tap to rinse and the trying to get it to squeeze was a nightmare and it froze in the squeeze mode and refused to pop <br> <br> this mop is now a waste of money I want my refund <br> <br> it is not hassle free it is hard to get to work and waste of time
