Rude employee

I was at Clicks Protea Glen Mall a few minutes ago (21 March 2021). I was going to buy morning after pills (which will be my first time using them). The lady that was assisting me - Veronica @ counter 4, was very rude to me. She was banging her hand on the counter explaining to me how I filled in the form wrong. I told her to calm down and assist me and she told me "I am not going to tell her how to speak". I was very hurt leaving that counter. It was just after 10am when this happened.
