Homemark Alberton city shopping center is the worst. I bought a Air-O-Space blow up bed. The sales lady opened the box & there was no pump, she opened another one & took out a pump from there. I thought nothing of it, went home & opened up the box to inspect the product. To my shock & horror, it was an old bed, with 3 patches, where you could see it was repaired & it was off an green colour & with filthy stains. We took it back & asked for a new one. The sales lady gave us a new box & assured us that it was the correct pump & the bed was new. At home we opened & tried to inflate it, it took forever & still it did not inflate fully. This is a **** product & the service is absolutely pathetic. I wanted a refund & I was told there is no refund. I will take this matter further.
