I PURCHASED THE SLIM FREEZER AND I AM TOTAL DISGUSTED WITH HOMEMARK. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!! APART FROM BURN MARKS ON MY TUMMY THIS PRODUCT IS MISLEADING THE CONSUMER AND I AM SO CLOSE TO REPORTING THEIR ******** ADVERTISING TO THE ADVERTISING BOARD OF SOUTH AFRICA. YOU MISREPRESENT YOUR PRODUCTS AND CONSUMERS FORK OUT ALOT OF MONEY AND WHEN WE TRY TO LOG CALLS AND CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL - WE RECEIVE NO RESPONSE. PLEASE SORT THIS MATTER OUT ASAP AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU RECALL THIS PRODUCT!!!!

There are some questions I need to ask you with regards to following the product instructions and application. We have been selling these products to many satisfied customers without any complaints. Provided that you have proof of purchase and the product is in its original packaging and is in a resealable condition I will gladly exchange the product for you or refund your money.
