Request for refund ignored

Bought Hydro mousse liquid lawn only for it to arrive without a spray bottle as advertised in the picture. When i enquired i was told that there is no bottle with the package. It is sold separately. When i enquired as to whether they have stock of the spray bottle they advsed they didn't. I am therefore stuck with a product i cannot use. I have requested a return and refund of the product but i am still waiting. Not happy with the service. Why sell a useless product?
