Refund policy

Very unhappy with your cresta store. I brought an items yesterday. I brought it back today to get refund. They told me we must exchange for the same amount. Don't do refund. The item i took was R299.95 which state 100% money back guarantee. When i done the exchange i only received R279.95 instead of R299.95. I took items of the value of R278.90. In total I lost R21.05. I'll never do Business with homemark in the future.
