Refund from homemark

Call centre agent maria and recebeca called me on the 21st November 2018 selling Golden pots and confirmed with them that I don't have money for the posts.But on the 25th an amount R2137 was Declined by the bank as I didn't have money,from the 25th till 17th december I was charged R8.75 total is R201.25 bank charges which I want the refund .R2137.00 was taken on the 18 December cuz there was money in my account. I did contact homemark from the 18 till today still don't get answers nor my money.. I don't want the posts,they must come and fetch them and refund my money
