Reference 48546 - Blender sent in for repairs in warranty and could NOT be fixed or replaced

I booked in a blender in warranty at Homemark in Trade Route Mall and after waiting for weeks, I get told that head office stated that they cannot repair the blender as they have no parts. They then refused to replace it. After me having to fight my way to this point, I get told that Head office have agreed to give me a demo unit of the same blender that have no parts for. How is that good customer service ?? If you cannot fix a product that is still covered by your 2 year warranty due to your own constraints and problems then at least be courteous enough to offer an equivalent new replacement. I call head office as well as their customer care centre during business hours. Nobody answers. They have a website where you can fill in details for queries/complaints etc. So I use it. They return no feedback at all. Not even an acknowledgement that the query has been received. I know of a family member who had similar experience with them last year. After weeks and weeks of battling they eventually gave him an equivalent new product. There's some inconsistency for you. Whatever the outcome, I will not ever purchase another HomeMark product again. There's better products and better companies out there with better attitudes towards their customers. Your service is terrible and in my opinion you have very poor focus on customer satisfaction.
