Redundant service

I bought a hurricane fryer in 2019 for my mom bcoz I'm not staying with them I couldn't return it until 2020 they took it in for repairs to my disgust the same problem continued. Then I took it back again when I got home the Grier is still malfunctioning worst it scortches our food due to a mulfunctioning timer. I bought the fryer in Makro and it's far to go there. I can't be taking it for the 3rd time I need anew one or a refund I paid R1999 for something that doesn't serve its purpose
