Radio Controlled Helicopter

My Husband purchased a Ninja Radio Controlled as a Christmas gift more than a year ago. After a year of dealing with Ravi and then Krubin in the Durban office I was referred to Jhb Head Office. The emails that I sent from 19th November 2014 onwards have been received by them but there has been no response. At present the situation is that we paid for a helicopter but do not have as the replacement that was given to us without a charger (completely different helicopter) was handed back to Ravi.
