Product Return Policy Nightmare

I bought myself the sleep pillow from Homemark. My wife insisted on it, because I snore. Unfortunately the pillow did not work and we wanted to return the pillow, after we were under the intention that the product had a 1 year warranty or 30 day return policy, like any other product that costs 400 bucks or more (the pillow was not cheap). Verimark refused to take back their product, because they apparently have a 7 day return policy. They were not even willing to satisfy their customer. I will advise anyone to not buy from these ******.
