POOR SERVICE,QUALITY AND NO FEEDBACK!

On the 15/12/17 i purchased a facial care product. It was delivered in a scruffy looking box without an instruction manual and all other required accessories. It was not as advertised and when i tried to query this i got no response via email and calling in was a nightmare! Please stay away from this company and their appalling service-don't throw your money away! I am still trying to get my money back and quite frankly i believe they sent me a used product.
