Poor service from Game and Homemark

We bought a inflatable coutch/matrass in the beginning of Desember 2017 for camping....never used it, but the past weekend we received guests and used it for the first time, my guests woke up on the floor, the next day I went and bought a sleeper coutch, today I sent my wife to take it back to Game in rustenburg mall where we bought it, and they refused to help her, I want a refund
