Poor Service Champs

Consultant from Home Mark called me to sell a Vodacom Contract which I took, finalized already on the 20th and still haven't received d phone. Now I call homemade to cancel nd I'm told i must cancel with d courier company, how possible is dat. I don't want it anymore, I was told it would take 72hrs and what is this. Poor service practice at its best. Bravo
