Poor quality goods with terrible after sales service

I bought a Milex blender at the beginning of the year. After only a few uses, each of the 4 rubber seals that fit between the blender base and flask had all successively broken. This now meant that the blender leaks terribly when used. I contacted Homemark who are the agents for the blender, and was put in touch with Bongani, one of their sales agents. He informed me that they were out of stock of this part but that he would contact me when it was in stock. This has never happened. I have also now not been able to get any further reply from homemark again. This is despite the same model blender is still for sale in the shops.
