Poor products and service

Bought a Milex kettle for R700 that worked for only 2 weeks. Took it back and was informed that there is no guarantee just a 2 year warranty and that they would sent it back for repairs and it would take 6 weeks. Needles to say when i got it back it worked for 3 days and now it does not want to switch on no wonder they do not want to give a guarantee. I am not going to wait another 6 weeks. They must either refund me or give me a new one.
