Poor after sales service

Hi , We bought a hair dryer from Home mark and after a month it did not function as it should , we have contacted home mark and ask for a refund , they collected the item and repair the item and returned it to me but the item still does not work properly , I tried to contact them with no success because they need to come and fetch their item and refund me.
