Please refund me

Good day Homemark <br> <br> I have been trying to make contact with your offices for a while now regarding my item that was delivered is the incorrect size, i think the worst part is the fact that the sales consultant wrote down the incorrect address on my slip which then caused the driver to contact me and ask me for directions but the item does not fit me at all.l. I am vary unhappy with the sales consultants who promised me that it will be the right size. But i dont understand how this even happened, i am very unhappy with the service received from Homemark and i would just rather want a refund, no communication was given to me regarding the refunding poli sopolicy i don't want to hear any stories except for the office looking for my account details and when they will collect the item. I will never use homeark in my life.
