Playing with people

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your store on May 12, 2019.

Your store representative was not helpful at all i wasted my time that is all this is what happened i took out a contract with vodacom and received two vouchers which i was told i can use at any homemark store but first i had to activate them i then did that and then went to the canal walk store for perches i was told at the store they are offline for voucher perches and should come back the next day i then did that but they were still offline i then contacted the customer care center and was told i can buy over the phone with the vouchers but someone will call me and guess what nothing is this voucher thing a lie if so let me know so i can sue you guys you guys are by far the most ridiculous unprofessional rude company i have ever came across i will be taking this to hello peter Facebook and tweet about my awful ordeal and now i will wait for a responds,

I trust this is not the way That you guys wishes to conduct business with valued customers.
