Personal work documents

I worked for SNT SPORTS for the past 2years and it happened that I was dismissed out of the company so they gave me UI 19 letter to claim my UIF amount since they have been deducting it for over 2years, so as I went to Department of Labour I was told the documents are short the company must firstly give me a Confirmation Letter stating the relationship between the two companies Of which are SNT SPORTS AND HOMEMARK respectively I called the office several time's asking for HR never got thru her, Emailed her several times directly she never rep**** to my messages, then resorted to my former manager she said must email her all the needed documents I did that and she told me she sent all to HR but still no response so I what sapped my former manager after she is not responding to me.
