Perfect Fries = Perfect Junk, no returns allowed

I purchased the Perfect Fries chip slicer 2 days ago and attempted to use it that night.<br> It was nearly impossible to get it to slice sweet potatoes, I had to use excessive force to push the potatoes through by banging repeatedly on the part that pushes them through and struggled to get it apart after this.<br> In doing so, one of the blades fell out of the housing and I had to muscle it back in with a pair of pliers so I could continue to use the product.<br> For obvious reasons, I decided I wasn't happy with the product and went to return it today only to be told that \there are no returns on promotional items". <br> I'm not really interested in how much cheaper I got the product"
