Pathetic service from Homemark
I was sent a R500 voucher from Homemark recently, which I thought to be generous and though I'd make use of.<br> <br> One of the products which I bought was an Orgreenic frying pan.<br> Their website mentions the 12\ diameter no less than FOUR times

I would like to apologize for the service you received as this is certainly not the standard we aim for.
I have spoken to Noby and she has informed me that we will be collecting the pan from you and for the inconvenience we have given you another R500.00 voucher.
We have also sent a request to have the add corrected as we only sell and stock a 10 inch pan. With regards to the packaging, I will take this matter up with our courier service because all products are checked before handed over to the courier company.
