Pathetic service at @home Tygervalley

Had the worse service ever at @home tygervalley. A lady by the name of ronel September. I had a house warming I got gifts, so there were to items I wanted to return. They were never opened. She said they were high price items. She expects me to know who bought it and as for the slip. 1 item was R650 and the other one was R750. She came with an attitude. I'll never buy anything from @home eve again. A month ago I spent almost R70 000 now I can't return something for R1300.
