Pathetic Service!

I just want to complain about the pathetic service I received from Homemark. I placed an order on 26 August 2015, made a payment and they guarantee a 2 - 3 day delivery. Well its 29 September I still didn't receive the item I ordered. I have called then numerous times and every time someone will call me back that never happens I also emailed them and get no response! I asked for my money back no response! I will NEVER make use of this online shop again. I keep trying to contact Noby Kheswa but without success. The other day I also called and I told the lady who answered they keep taking my number and never calls back and she promised \no I will definitely call you back"and well"
