Pathetic service

<p>I bought a product online. I was told the product will arrive within 2 working days. 3 weeks later the product arrived and only half of what I paid for was delivered. I tried to reply to the email, but no response. There is no number or any other information so how does one reach these people. They have currently ****** my money and I want it back or for the correct package to be sent. </p>
