PATHETIC!!!

First of all I receive an email saying that my order is DISPATCHED, days later I call as I did not receive the order in the stipulated time. Then I get told they are out of stock which means the email was an absolute LIE!! I select another product based on my urgency and get promised that they will have my package first thing in the morning. Guess what NO DELIVERY!!!Clearly theses people do not know the definition of certain words. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
