Pathethic Service

Hello. I purchased a Blender from Loot, I understand it is a Homemark product, within 3 weeks the blender packed up. It has a plastic wheel which got damaged. I returned the blender for repairs or a replacement. It has been about a month now and I have not received the product back. Their excuse is that they still examining the blender. How long does it take to examine a product. I mean bought this blender for my child's breakfast.
