order 2696!!!!

On the 10/10/2018, I ordered the Anti-theft Backpack- iTravel and the Homemax Anti-Theft USB Backpack.

The two bags were delivered within days.

My husband used the Homemax Anti-Theft USB Backpack, and within a week the bag was torn by the stitching next to the zip.

I called Homemark and spoke to Bernita. I told her that the bag is of bad quality and I would like a refund. She then sent me an email with the address to return the bag. Bernita later called and said her supervisor says that they can not do a refund and that I can choose another product at the same price.

I did so but nothing has been delivered thus far.

I called to follow up and now I am told to return the bag to any Homemark store and Homemark will fix the bag for me.

I had made it ckear to them that I want my money back as the bag is of bad quality , but they keep on making excuses.

Please help
