Online store - worst service every- do not buy from them online

Order no 41094 I ordered a product from their online store - firstly you get no communication , I had to call to confirm my order - which meant me speaking to 4 departments - being cut off several times. They then inform me they have to order and I must expect delays.... 2 weeks later I get an email order shipped - expect delivery within 5 days... 7 days later no delivery - apparently they have no stock and never will get stock. I've emailed them my bank details 2 weeks later still no refund.... This is bordeline theft....
