on the 6th of September 2017, Vodacom and i had a cellphone contract agreement then vodacom offered me a R1000 voucher for free to select any item worth that amount at Homemark. then i called Homemark to redeem that voucher
at Homemark i have found a guy by a name of Nathi who was assisting me. Nathi asked me the voucher number then i gave him the voucher numbers, after that he also asked me my bank card number then i told him that i have already gave Vodacom my banking details so there is no need for me to give you my banking details since the vouchers are free, but he insisted that the card number is also needed on their side as a proof of the voucher that i have received, then i gave him and after 15 minutes i got a message that R2000 was out of my account and i called them immediately they told me that they have sent me something of which that was not part of the agreement. i told them that i would never accept that goods because it was not part of the plan. since from there i keep on calling them to deposit my money back but they keep on dodging me and the sales person that helped me before now he does not want to do anything with me, they refer me to another sales person by a name of Mandla and this mandla is saying Nathi has been suspended at work, but when i asked to speak to the manager they told me that there is no manager and others are telling me that Mandla is still Nathi. please help me all i need now is my R2000 back because when i called Vodacom about the incident they told that the vouchers were free and i have to deal with Homemark since i gave them the card number of which i didn't know that this Homark are going to ***** my money. since 06 September till today i am still waiting for my money. how can they ***** an old person like me "sis"
