NOT DELIVERING PAID GOODS
I've ordered and paid my goods already on 6 August 2015. I've phoned 3 x times with promises they will get back to me. Wednesday, 12 August I at least spoke to someone at online orders, she could see my order and confirmation of payment and will get back to me. <br> <br> It is now 14 August and still no goods, no telephone call.<br> <br> I will never order from them again!!!!

I apologize for the delay in responding as we are currently awaiting delivery of stock of this specific item. We were supposed to receive the stock items already but due to unforeseen circumstances there is a delay.
As agreed we will be refunding your purchase in full. My online department has informed me that they have e-mailed you to obtain your banking details to process your funds back to you.
