No response to my emails / phone calls

My order 21 Nov 2019, 1677, short delivered of 1 item and was delayed after I paid on the 21st Nov 2019. Homemark emailed me stating they were awaiting payment after I received a 'thank you for your payment' email from them. 25th Nov I then sent and resent them my proof of payment and still I received awaiting payment emails. I have emailed and emailed, phoned over and over and left messages for Michelle Stevens with no response back.

I am still waiting for my undelivered item.
