No reply from customer service

<p>Purchased a titan twist mop a few months ago from game gateway. Now that I require a replacement head for the mop, have been to Game several times and they were out of stock. Have been to Makro, Pick n Pay hyper, Checkers Hyper n even Spar as suggested by game staff and no one stocks it, how can you sell a product and not stock a component that requires frequent replacement?</p> <p>I sent an enquiry twice on the Home Mark website and no one has bothered to reply. Pathetic customer service. They are all in your face when They Want you to buy something, but when you require assistance, no one can help. I know there is a store in Chatsworth, but why must I go that far for this item. </p>
