No refund for items not delivered

<p>Ordered 2 items online & paid the amount. They did not have stock of the 1 item, said they will refund me, I must supply the bank detail. That I did, but up till now they do not refund me. And they do not reply on any email I sent to them. It is only R199-95, but it is my money for which I received nothing.</p>
