No refund for 19 piece pot set.

<p>On the 08/03/2017 the sales agent has spoken to my husband regarding the purchase of the pot set and he Accepted the offer and on the some day we cancelled the order but they still deducted the money from my bank account and still no refund on my money or did not received my 19 piece pot set. When phoning then they tell me that they will come back to me but nothing happens and several times they have been contacted and emails was send to them. Zubaudha is the manager and she also did not come back to me and this is total unacceptable.
