No Phone Received

I got a call from Nomsa about a month ago offering me a Vodacom contract and I canceled the contract when the courier company was giving me issues with delivery of the handset, today I went to Vodacom to open a contract and was told I had an active account that's in arrears, I never received any phone or Sim card from Vodacom, now my credit record is being tempered with.
