No after sale service

Please think twice about ordering the exspensive electronic gadgets from any homemark stores. O have an email from Michelle Stevens who is the service manager stating that certain products on the homemark shelves are not serviced for fixed. You have to just buy a new one. Mine was the Flash and go which is over R5000 and not even a year old. Yes I misplaced my slip but lets be honest a homemark brand can only be bought at a homemark store and serviced at Homemark. And if I had a slip they would of told me the same thing anyway. Its disgusting how I have been treated as a loyal customer for so many years. So think twice before purchasing the Flash and go it CANT BE FIXED!!
