Nightmare returns customer service

I have loved homemark online since the first day I tried it out, that is until I received a damaged product and tried to return it. It has been in my car waiting for collection since they said they would arrange for collection of the product. I no longer receive a response via email and when calling, you wait in que 'til the call cuts off, no response n the online "contact us" form. They suddenly offer bad service when you have to return a product. I no longer want the product and want my money back, you'd swear I was given a reject and why promise to to collect and then go silent nxa.
