Never buy Products at Homemark!!!

I purchased a Rocket Blender on the 10th Feb 2016, Apparently these are one of the best blenders on the market. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! My husband and I wanted smoothies, only to find out that there is a leak in the blender. By the time you pour your smoothie into your glass the smoothie is on the floor. I called the store, said i am bringing it back I want a refund, but because i have it for 13days they cannot refund me! I was advised by Ferial to call Moshipho - Manager for customer service, he had no interest and referred me to the Cape Town Manager Enrico whom he didn't have a contact number for, gave me an email address. I sent a mail to Enrico yesterday afternoon and up to date no response. It seems companies like this are only interested in taking their customers money and not following fair business practice according to the Consumer Protection Act. The coffee machine i also purchased on the same day leaks as well, i want my refund and will never purchase anything at Homemark again!!!!!
